Selling or Leasing
If you are selling a commercial property or business, or leasing a property, I will:
- List your property or business on the MLS®.
- List it on my website and my blog.
- Advertise through various media.
- Show it to all interested parties.
- Provide documentation to potential purchasers/tenants.
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of the sale/lease.
- Arrange for keys and possession for the purchaser/tenant.
Buying or Leasing
If you are looking to buy a commercial property or business, or lease a commercial property, I will:
- Set up an automated search that meets your criteria.
- Email you notices of any updates to your search.
- Show you properties you are interested in.
- Assist you in researching any particulars of that affect the transaction.
- Handle all negotiations.
- Arrange for keys and possession.
