  4. Provide Feature Sheets and Feature Detail Sheets highlighting all the improvements and "Special Features" of your home.
  5. Provide a professional floor plan of your home, outlining all rooms and their exact measurements... helping Buyers better remember the details of your home.
  6. I will advise you of your obligations and responsibilities.
